- Garnish: Freshly ground black pepper; 1 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Step 2:
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares. Gently press each square into the muffin cups.
- Step 3:
- Place a cube of Brie in each pastry cup. Top with a small spoonful of preserves.
- Step 4:
- Bake for 12 15 minutes, or until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
- Step 5:
- Remove from oven and let cool for 2 3 minutes. Carefully transfer tartlets to a serving platter.
