  • Cheese: 150 g (5 oz) Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 12 cubes
  • Fruit & Toppings: 3 tbsp raspberry or fig preserves; 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds; 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or parsley
  • Garnish: Freshly ground black pepper; 1 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional)

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
Step 2:
Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares. Gently press each square into the muffin cups.
Step 3:
Place a cube of Brie in each pastry cup. Top with a small spoonful of preserves.
Step 4:
Bake for 12 15 minutes, or until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
