→ Pudding Layer
01 - 0.67 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
02 - 0.33 cup vanilla whey protein powder
03 - 4 teaspoons sugar-free banana cream flavor instant pudding mix
04 - 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk
→ Layers & Toppings
05 - 3 whole sugar-free vanilla wafers, crushed
06 - 0.5 medium banana, sliced
# Directions:
01 - Whisk Greek yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, and almond milk in medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Add additional almond milk if needed for desired consistency.
02 - Distribute half of crushed vanilla wafers evenly between two serving jars or cups.
03 - Arrange half of banana slices over wafer layer in each jar. Reserve remaining slices for topping.
04 - Spoon half of protein custard mixture over bananas in each serving vessel.
05 - Create second layer with remaining crushed wafers, banana slices, and protein custard in each jar.
06 - Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and pudding to achieve proper consistency.
