# Directions:
01 - In a microwave-safe mug (at least 12 fl oz), add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly with a fork.
02 - Stir in vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth and free of dry spots.
03 - Fold in chocolate chips and/or chopped nuts if desired.
04 - Cook on high power for 50 to 70 seconds, or until the top has just set and the brownie has risen. Cooking times may vary by microwave; avoid overcooking.
