# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Ready in less than 30 minutes, which means weeknight dinners actually happen without stress.
  • The shrimp stays tender and the zucchini noodles absorb that garlic butter like they were made for each other.
  • You'll feel like you're treating yourself while staying completely on track with your keto goals.
02 -
  • Overcooked shrimp becomes rubbery and no sauce can save it, so set a phone timer and don't walk away—two minutes longer makes all the difference.
  • Spiralize your zucchini just before cooking because wet noodles sitting around will weep their moisture and dilute your beautiful sauce.
03 -
  • Buy shrimp the day you plan to cook them or thaw them in the refrigerator overnight because properly thawed shrimp cook more evenly and stay more tender.
  • Keep a notebook of small cooking moments—the exact heat level, how long the butter actually foamed, whether the garlic browned a bit—because these details become your personal recipe book.
