# What You Need:
→ Coffee Jelly
01 - 2 cups brewed strong hot coffee
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder
04 - 2 tablespoons cold water
→ Sweet Cream
05 - 1 cup whole milk
06 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
07 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
08 - Ice cubes as needed
# Directions:
01 - Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
02 - Stir granulated sugar into hot brewed coffee until fully dissolved, then add the bloomed gelatin and mix until completely incorporated.
03 - Pour the coffee mixture into a shallow dish or small baking pan. Allow to cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 90 minutes until firmly set.
04 - Remove the set coffee jelly from the refrigerator and cut it into 1/2-inch cubes using a sharp knife.
05 - Combine whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream in a pitcher and mix thoroughly.
06 - Fill glasses with coffee jelly cubes and ice cubes, then pour the sweet cream mixture over. Stir gently before serving.
